When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is shipped. If your order is shipped the same day you place your order, your card will be charged on that day, otherwise your card will be charged on the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Are there any charges if I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment without charge.
If your order has already shipped, you will be charged for shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Will I receive an invoice or other proof of purchase?
An invoice is provided online at the time you place your order. We also include a packing slip with your shipment. You will also receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped that provides order information and instructions on how to track your shipment.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item or items you ordered and we will issue you a refund. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and as new.

How do I know if the products I want are in stock?
Unless otherwise indicated, all products are in stock and shipped within 1-2 business days. (On our site, we list things as shipping in 0-2 business days. ONE-2 business days is more accurate, but we need to be consistent). Please note your credit card will not be charged until the actual date of shipment and an e-mail confirmation message with shipping date information is sent within one business day for all orders received.

What happens to the items in my shopping cart if I visit another web site?
Your shopping cart will be stored for 20 minutes if you navigate away from our site in the same browser. After 20 minutes, your session expires and your shopping cart contents are lost.

Will my order be taxed?
At this time, orders with a ship-to destination in California include 8.25% sales tax.

How are the shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by a combination of weight, destination, and shipping method.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders to street addresses within the contiguous United States are shipped by standard UPS ground service, or the service option you select. Shipments to PO Boxes, APO's and orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States are sent via USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail.

When will my order be shipped?
An acknowledgement will be sent via e-mail confirming our receipt of your order and the scheduled shipping date. Most items are in stock. Orders paid for by money order or cashiers check require 3 business days for processing after payment is received.

You will be contacted again if your shipment is delayed for any reason.

What payment methods are available?
Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.

If you prefer to pay by U.S. company check, money order or cashiers check, orders can be submitted by phone (800-BIKE-911) or fax (858-XXX-XXXX). For fax orders, we will acknowledge the receipt of your order and advise the total, including shipping charges and taxes, if applicable. Payment can then be mailed to Beyond Outside, Inc.
